At The Ballzone Store, every product is made to order. Our items are printed, embroidered, packed, and shipped only after an order is placed. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size, wrong color, or if the customer changes their mind after placing an order.
Please check the product description, size chart, color, and shipping details carefully before placing your order.
Returns
Please contact us before sending any item back. Do not return any product without contacting us first.
If a return is approved, we will provide return instructions by email. Customers should contact The Ballzone Store directly for all order, refund, replacement, or return questions. Please do not contact our fulfillment partner directly, as they do not manage customer service for our store.
Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
To help us review the issue, please email us with:
- Your order number
- The email address used for the order
- A short description of the problem
- Clear photos of the item
- Clear photos of the packaging, if the package arrived damaged
If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or a refund.
In many cases, damaged, defective, or misprinted items do not need to be returned. If a return is required, we will send you return instructions by email.
Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
We will review the tracking information and work with our fulfillment partner and/or the shipping carrier to investigate the issue. If the package is confirmed as lost and the claim is approved, we will offer a replacement or refund.
Wrong Address
The customer is responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned because the shipping address was incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable, we may offer to reship the order. Additional shipping costs may apply.
We are not responsible for orders lost or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Unclaimed Packages
If a package is returned because it was unclaimed, we may offer to reship the order. Additional shipping costs may apply.
Refunds are not guaranteed for unclaimed packages.
Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please first check with your local carrier, neighbors, household members, or building management.
We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement if the shipping carrier confirms the package was delivered to the address provided at checkout.
Order Cancellations
Because our products are made to order, we cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled after it has been placed.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already entered production, we may not be able to cancel it.
Size Exchanges
We do not offer free size exchanges. Each product is made specifically for the customer after the order is placed.
