The Ballzone Bot is an internal content tool our team uses to draft, review and publish posts to social media Pages that we own and administer.

What the app accesses
- Basic info about Facebook Pages we administer (Page id and name).
- Permission to publish to our own Pages (pages_manage_posts, pages_read_engagement, pages_show_list).
- We do NOT collect or store personal data about followers or other users.

How we use it
Only to publish content our admins explicitly approve, to our own Pages. Nothing is posted automatically without human approval.

Data we store
News articles from public sources, the drafts we generate, and a record of published posts — in our own private database, to operate the tool. We do not sell data.

Third-party services
- Meta Graph API (publishing)
- OpenAI (drafting text)
- Supabase (database hosting)

Data retention & deletion
We keep data only as long as needed. To request access or deletion, contact us.
