Most of our products are made to order. This means the product is printed, embroidered, packed, and shipped only after your order is placed.

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size, wrong color, or if the customer changes their mind after placing an order. Please review the product description, size chart, color, and shipping details carefully before placing your order.

3. Fulfillment Partner

We work with third-party fulfillment partners to produce and ship our products.

Our fulfillment partner may print, embroider, pack, and ship products on our behalf. However, all customer service, order questions, refund requests, replacement requests, and return questions must be handled directly through The Ballzone Store.

Customers should not contact our fulfillment partner directly for customer service.

4. Product Information

We do our best to display accurate product descriptions, images, colors, sizes, and pricing.

However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s screen will display product colors exactly as they appear in real life. Small differences in color, placement, or appearance may occur due to the production process, screen settings, or product variations.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update product information, or change prices at any time without prior notice.

5. Orders

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Receiving an order confirmation does not mean that the order has been accepted, processed, or shipped. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, payment issues, incorrect product information, incorrect pricing, or stock/fulfillment limitations.

If your order is canceled after payment, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

6. Payments

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout.

Payment must be completed before an order can be processed. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, which may include credit cards, Shop Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, or other available payment options.

Because our products are made to order, the total delivery time includes both production time and shipping time.

The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned, delayed, or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping costs may apply.

8. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Depending on your location, your order may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless clearly stated at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size, wrong color, or customer change of mind.

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Because our products are made to order, we cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled after it has been placed.
